Night One is the first playable night for Five Nights at Treasure Island. It is currently unknown what will happen on this night, the only known facts are that Mickey will be active on this night, and possibly Donald and Suicide Mouse as easter eggs.

- Night One may actually not be the first night, as it was confirmed by the developers that a Night Zero glitch will exist and the sixth night may possibly be a prequel/take place before night one.
